Overall responsibility for the HR department with a direct reporting line to the management:

• Professional leadership of the HR-team (approx. 3 employees)
• Sparring partner for the management and the company's executives, also in supporting transformation processes
• Development of an HR strategy
• Trusting cooperation with employee representatives
• First point of contact for all Group interfaces

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Head of HR. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Studies in economics or law with a focus on human resources or comparable qualification
• 3-4 years of experience in a comparable team leading position, ideally in an international structure
• A solution-oriented mentality
• Experienced in evaluating and implementing modern HR management topics
• Knowledge of using an HR-Management tool such as bambooHR, personio, flairHR, etc.
• In the best case scenario you are already familiar with our industry
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Please note: this is not a remote only position, we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday! :)
