About us
EWOR is a radically selective fellowship backing the world's top 0.1% of founder prodigies. We invest €500k per founder and provide intensive, bespoke support from full-time unicorn builders (SumUp, Adjust, ProGlove). Our virtual-first model helps outliers scale faster, smarter, and globally, tackling significant challenges and raising substantial follow-on funding.
Mission
EWOR is a founder fellowship built by unicorn builders for the world's most exceptional entrepreneurs – the top 0.1% outliers. With a 1-in-1,000 acceptance rate, we identify founder prodigies poised to solve significant global challenges.
Each selected fellow receives €500k in capital and joins an intensive, bespoke program. Unlike standard accelerators, EWOR offers a virtual-first, borderless experience tailored to the individual's non-linear journey. Our partners (founders of SumUp, Adjust, ProGlove, etc., collectively worth €12Bn+) are uniquely committed full-time to EWOR, dedicating 1-5 hours of 1:1 mentorship per founder weekly. They bring battle-tested experience as peers, not just investors.
Our fellows have a proven track record, raising €1M-€11M post-fellowship, including Europe's largest-ever pre-seed round by a first-time founder. EWOR provides the capital, network, and deep operational support for outliers to scale faster, smarter, and globally.
