As a Sales Specialist (m/f/d) you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will demonstrate our broad range of products in NOT to our customers and coordinate sales. Our customers vary in sectors and your day-to-day will bring a great deal of variety to you.

Tasks
- Manage pipeline of opportunities for region / territory and support team member
- Lead Sales process for deals within region / territory
- Manage customer relationships as ,Account Manager'
- Actively develop business within region / territory
- Provide for customers after-Sales expertise
- Maintain Sunset date for self-organization / scheduler utilization
- Business reviews
- Self-education and training
- Conducting Customer Trainings in field and remotely
- Coordinate promotional activities within region in collaboration with Sales Manager
- Pro-Active foster and develop national Key Accounts in the respective region in
collaboration with Sales Manager and Key Account Manager - Coordinate promotional activities within region
- Train inhouse TNM Specialists Level 1 and 2
- Representative in the absence of the respective Sales Manager
Requirements
- University degree, Scientific Bac+4/5 (engineering school, Master 11,), preferably Physical Measurements.
- several years of relevant sales experience in similar commercial roles, preferably in the Non-Destructive Testing sector and in the market of scientific solutions in the industrial field
- Previous working experience with NDT (e.g. certificate UT level 2 - 3)
- Very good technical comprehension and interest in complex technology
- Fun and desire to sell - focus on selling and closing deals
- Good command of English
- Very good self-organisation and motivation
- Class B driving licence
- Willingness to travel
- Solution-oriented thinking and acting
- strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
