As Key Account Manager (m/f/d) ISP (Inspection Service Providers) EMEA, you are more than just a client manager—you are a strategic partner driving growth and creating long-term value across the ISP in the EMEA region. Here’s how you make a difference:
Tasks
- You cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, ensuring these partnerships are both productive and enduring.
- You identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within key accounts, fueling revenue growth.
- You ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing needs and resolving issues, consistently exceeding expectations.
- For each key client, you develop and execute customized account plans that align with their goals and deliver maximum value.
- You consistently meet or exceed sales targets, driving success with clear, measurable results.
- You partner with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align strategies and deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- You stay on top of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities across the Inspection Service Providers EMEA region, providing clients with valuable insights.
- You navigate contract negotiations to secure win-win agreements, maximizing benefit for both the company and the client.
- You regularly track account performance using defined metrics, identifying and seizing opportunities for improvement.
- As the client's voice within our organization, you ensure that their needs and feedback are heard and acted upon.
Requirements
- A university degree, preferably a Master’s, with a Bachelor’s degree as a minimum requirement.
- Over five years of relevant sales experience, ideally with a strong track record in the ISP (Inspection Service Providers) or a related industry.
- A strong technical understanding and passion for complex technology solutions.
- Proven success as a Key Account Manager or similar role within the Inspection Service Providers sector, with deep knowledge of industry regulations.
- A true passion for sales and a drive to close deals, combining strategic insight with execution focus.
- Proficiency in developing long-term strategic plans that align with both client and company objectives.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, fostering trust and confidence among key clients.
- Strong negotiation skills to craft agreements that benefit both the client and the company.
- An ability to manage multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery of client requirements.
- High proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
- Excellent self-organization, motivation, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with a readiness to travel as needed.
