Venture Development Intern (gn) at LGBTQIA+ health startup

You’ll be a pioneer in shaping the future of LGBTQIA+ healthcare in Europe, contributing to making Every Health synonymous with accessible & convenient care in our community. 🩺 We are the first online clinic for queers, by queers

🤒 Inadequate healthcare disproportionately affects queer individuals. 75 million LGBTQIA+ people in Europe have higher health risks, yet still face stigmatization in healthcare. We are going to change this!

🌈 Every Health is building the first comprehensive healthcare platform for the LGBTQIA+ community. Starting with digitally accompanied subscription products for queer sexual health, we aim to provide the best medical care from the comfort of your home.

💊 We just launched our first product: the morning-after pill against STIs! It helps reduce infection risks by up to 80%. Our community loves it! 🤍

🚀 We’re just getting started! We are a 5 people team, supported by renowned investors, partners and healthcare veterans. Together, we want to grow Every Health into the go-to brand for queer health and wellbeing.

Time frame: start in June, 5-6 months with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role afterwards

Take a front-row seat to entrepreneurship. You will be working in lockstep with our co-founders collaborating closely, sharing insights, challenges, and successes.

• Co-pilot fundraising: Support the preparation and structuring our next fundraising, including storytelling, financial modelling, structuring the process and managing investor relations
• Get into the data: Conduct detailed analyses of our performance to derive actionable strategies, ensuring operational efficiency and goal achievement
• Derive product strategy & launch ops: Develop and execute product strategies, determining what to launch next and then help establish necessary operations and partnerships to support new product launches
• Build out our team: Help us find, convince and onboard the best talent who will join our ranks and define the future of Every Health

You’ll excel in this role if you

• Have a Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top university in business, finance, healthcare management, or a related field
• Have previously excelled at internships in high-growth, venture-backed startups, venture capital, or management consulting
• Are a proactive and compassionate character, complemented by strong analytical and communication skills
• Are curious, generalist profile with interests in areas such as project management, financial modelling, and business development

Additionally,

• Excited about working at a start-up where you’ll be building processes and infrastructure
• Adaptable, flexible, entrepreneurial, and collaborative problem-solver
• Have low ego, high energy
• Are fluent in English. B2 level proficiency in German is a plus

You’ll be working directly with our co-founders, Marla (COO) and Dima (CEO), and you'll collaborate closely with the rest of the team.

In this role, you'll have autonomy in decision-making, supported by your team and access to a broad network of mentors through our investors and advisors. These mentors bring extensive experience in entrepreneurship, tech startup development, fundraising, marketing, and leadership, offering valuable 1-to-1 mentoring.
