The Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative E-commerce Manager with a strong understanding of brand identity, design, and conversion-focused marketing. This role goes beyond just website and product management—it’s about ensuring our online stores are equally effective and visually engaging.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update website content (copy & visuals) using Shopify & Sanity
• Ensure site design and content align with brand identity and marketing campaigns
• Optimize landing pages, product pages, and navigation for higher conversions (CRO)
• Manage the product catalog, set up seasonal launches, and update pricing
• Manage on-site marketing campaigns, collaborating with design and marketing teams
• Analyze user behavior, implement A/B tests, and improve UX & CVR
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, operations, and B2B teams

What You Bring:

• 1-2 years of E-commerce experience (Shopify, Sanity nice-to-have) and/or Content Marketing (with CMS experience)
• Eye for design & brand aesthetics, with copywriting and marketing know-how
• Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and data-driven decision-making
• Fluency in German & English (Dutch a plus)
• Proactive and organized, able to work independently and collaboratively
