Senior Tax Manager (w/m/d)

What you'll do

• Over all you will be responsible for all of everphone’s tax related topics and tasks
• Assessment of tax issues (especially European and German VAT law and income tax, but also US and international)
• Main contact for all Tax related questions (internal and external)
• Preparation and submission of domestic and foreign VAT returns of companies
• Preparation and submission of the German income tax returns
• Support in the planning and implementation of transfer prices
• Transfer pricing documentation
• Development and maintenance of the Tax Compliance Management System (Tax CMS
• Ensuring national and international tax compliance
• Support of German/Foreign tax audits
• Identification of tax optimization potential and development of specific solutions
• Cooperation with external consultants and tax authorities
• Calculation of current and deferred taxes according to local GAAP and IFRS

What you’ll need

• a completed tax education (Steuerberater/Steuerfachwirt)or a corresponding education with relevant professional experience
• experience in an internationally oriented tax environment
• strong communication and presenting skills
• critical reflection regarding existing processes and working independently on new solutions
• very good analytical and organizational skills
• advanced Excel skills and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
• fluency in German and English
