Evenpay is a compensation intelligence company helping employers make fairer, smarter and more transparent pay decisions. Our platform turns fragmented HR and payroll data into clear insights and actionable recommendations across pay equity, salary structures and pay transparency compliance.

We are building Evenpay in Helsinki for a global market. Our team combines deep compensation expertise with modern software to replace opaque spreadsheets and gut feeling with decisions that organisations can understand, justify and act on.

We are an ambitious early-stage team with a direct and collaborative way of working. Everyone has genuine ownership, works closely with customers and influences both the product and the company we are building.

Our mission is to make fair pay the global default.

Pay decisions shape people’s livelihoods, opportunities and trust at work, yet they are often based on incomplete data and difficult-to-explain processes. We believe every organisation should be able to make pay decisions that are consistent, transparent and defensible—and every employee should be able to trust how those decisions are made.
