Your mission

As our People & Workplace Experience Lead, your job is to create an environment where people, ideas, and operations thrive. You will:

• Ensure the management team operates at its highest efficiency by handling organizational, operational, and administrative tasks with precision
• Champion the employee experience, making evenito an inspiring, well-organized, and fun place to work
• Organize and execute internal and external events that bring our people, clients, and community together
• Take ownership of key operational processes, making sure everything runs like clockwork — so that our team can focus on growing the business

Lead internal and external events

• Create unforgettable experiences – From global team retreats to high-profile client events, you’ll be the mastermind behind every detail
• Manage end-to-end event coordination, including venue selection, catering, travel arrangements, and event communication
• Ensure that evenito events reflect our brand, values, and high standards

Create an amazing workplace experience

• Build a positive and engaging office environment (remote and on-site)
• Coordinate perks, team celebrations, and initiatives that keep employees motivated and connected
• Be the go-to person for team support, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and day-to-day happiness for everyone

Culture & Employee Engagement

• Be the glue that holds it all together – You’ll foster a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and excited to come to work
• Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen evenito’s culture and create a positive, inclusive, and engaged work environment
• Organize team-building activities, celebrations, and internal initiatives that bring people together

Be the backbone of the management team

• Act as a key partner to leadership, supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring smooth execution
• Identify opportunities for improvements and proactively drive new projects to enhance people’s experience at evenito
• Take ownership of projects, driving them from idea to execution with autonomy and responsibility
