To support our Agent Platform Team at the Hamburg headquarters, we are looking for you as a Product Designer (f/m/d)* with immediate effect (40 hours). Act as a customer advocate throughout the entire product development with main focus on our Agent Platform, while also being a valuable sparring partner for our product managers and developers.

Tasks that let you grow

• You will empower the cross-functional product team to deliver a best-in-class user experience, while also enabling users to achieve their goals by creating a best-in class user-centric experience.
• Will to use iteration and constant optimization to achieve higher quality on each step.
• You will become responsible for our Agent platform product teams when it comes to UX & UI.
• Participate, prepare and follow-up user research in collaboration with the user research and business strategy team.
• You leverage qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, translating insights into product design concepts.
• Maintain consistency and quality standards across products.

Your profile that inspires us

• You will bring 2-3 years of experience in digital product design.
• Solid research skills and the ability to design autonomously in an agile work environment.
• You pay attention to detail and willingness to go untrodden paths.
• Good skills in using Figma or a comparable tool.
• Experienced in working with design systems, and proficient in the use of usability testing and user research tools.
• Very good communication skills in German and English.
