To support our Tech Security Team at the Hamburg headquarters, we are looking for you as a Security Engineer (f/m/d)* with immediate effect in full-time (40 hours). We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about modern technologies, who are inquisitive and strive to work with passion. In our team, you will understand and solve the customers’ problems, identify vulnerabilities and prevent attacks on our infrastructure and products to create the most secure environments possible.

Tasks that let you grow

• Responsibility for the monitoring of our IT systems and identification of relevant security threats
• Handling security incidents and contributing to suggestions and measures to increase our IT security
• Operation of our vulnerability management system to protect the information and communication systems against attacks
• Support of the development teams in setting up automated security solutions and test routines in their CI/CD process
• Spread awareness of security through appropriate training measures
• Definition and implementation of future-proof security solutions
• Coordination of Pentests, evaluating their results and develop measures to defy vulnerabilities

Your profile that inspires us

• Around 2 - 3 years of professional experience with a security focus in fields like vulnerability management, endpoint detection and response systems as well as secure software engineering
• Degree or education in computer science, information technology or similar
• Experience with programming and scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, PowerShell and Bash
• Initial experience with offensive security - ethical hacking
• Ideally first knowledge in cloud and on-premise infrastructures
• Very good communication skills in English
