• You have experience in business development, finance, brokerage, advisory, or M&A.

What You’ll Do:

• Spot opportunities: Understand client needs (both buyers and sellers) and identify the best strategic options.
• Lead negotiations: Drive deals forward with a win-win mindset and a clear focus on results.
• Support your clients: Be their trusted advisor from the first contact to the final signature.
• Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with analysts, partners, and our international team to get deals done.
• Own your targets: You’re not here to play small—you’re here to deliver and grow with the business.
