We want to achieve this goal by providing professional support to family caregivers in all relevant areas of outpatient care with our many years of expertise. We are looking for you to build up our business in the US.

Your role

As part of a start-up, you will be immersed in a wide range of areas. Your tasks will include:

• You will work closely with our management on the development and expansion of business processes and take responsibility for operational processes in business development, marketing and people management.
• You will manage customer inquiries from the initial contact: From the first presentation to the support of existing customers, you ensure smooth processes.
• You build up sales channels and establish strategic partnerships.
• You set up HR processes and take on the recruitment of new employees and are available as a contact person with an open and trustworthy ear.
