Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies to enhance our website's visibility and drive organic traffic. This role requires a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, SEO best practices, and a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.
• Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, headers, and internal linking.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC campaigns.
• Develop and implement link building strategies.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content that meets SEO best practices.
• Stay updated with SEO trends and best practices and implement them effectively.
• Work with developers to implement technical SEO improvements.
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Stay informed about industry trends, Google updates, and algorithm changes.

• Proven 2-3 experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and Google Analytics.
• Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
