Senior DevOps Engineer - Kubernetes Engineering

Enterprise Bot is a dynamic scale-up founded in 2017. We support major companies such as SIX Group (Swiss Stock Exchange), SWICA, Generali, and others in enhancing their customer interactions and automating processes using our Conversational AI technology.

Globally, our team consists of over 60 highly motivated employees from various nations and cultures. Our Zurich office has a familial, collegial atmosphere in a small team of about 10 people.

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure and associated continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• Utilize tools such as Helm, ArgoCD, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions for deployment and automation tasks.
• Select the best tools and technologies to meet business needs effectively.
• Automate testing, deployment, and monitoring processes to ensure efficient and reliable application performance.
• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure applications meet performance expectations and customer requirements.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficiency in Helm for Kubernetes package management.
• Hands-on experience with ArgoCD for continuous delivery.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and GitHub Actions.
• Experience in containerization technologies, ideally using Docker.
• Familiarity with managing databases such as MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience with deploying and managing Node.js and Python web servers.
• Knowledge of blue-green deployment strategies is a plus.
