as part of our handpicked team of experts, you

• take part in the onboarding of new flexibility assets, especially battery storage systems,
• understand the Austrian and German regulatory requirements of each grid operator in terms of wholesale markets and ancillary services markets,
• make sure power is flowing the right way and all after-trade processes are working,
• support customers together with our partners for ancillary services to integrate, prequalify, and on-board flexible assets, like battery storage for cross-market optimization,
• coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to create the best customer experience,
• optimise and automate processes,
• and discover and eliminate operational risk.

Requirements

how you fit into the team

you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively, and

• have at least 3 years of experience in a similar operational role in short-term power and ancillary services markets,
• have firsthand experience in TSO guidelines and requirements for prequalification for battery storage systems,
• value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom,
• preferably bring some coding experience,
• have a background in energy industry, trading, operations,
• have great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset,
• are decisive and able to use your own initiative in dealing with operational problems,
• are fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus,
• have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality,
• and you are a curious person with a good sense of humour.
