• Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all operational standards.
• Manage inventory levels by coordinating with suppliers and monitoring stock replenishment to meet customer demands.
• Develop and train store staff to enhance their skills and promote internal growth, aligning with the company's mission and values.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in retail or telecommunications industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
