We are currently looking for an experienced and people-driven HR Manager to join our team within the ELU team.
As the HR Business Partner for ELU business, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management for 50~100 employees. Your responsibilities will span the entire HR spectrum, including recruiting, compensation management, performance evaluations, and employee development. By fostering a supportive and engaging work environment, you will help align HR initiatives with Yanmar’s business goals. Your role is crucial in attracting top talent, nurturing employee growth, and ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices while maintaining compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
We are looking for a person with strong social and interpersonal skills that understands how to operate in a multi-cultural organization that is still in the process of being established.
