We are looking for a scriptwriter to work with us in ideating and developing concepts for our motivational and self-improvement YouTube channel, before researching and scripting for the final video. This is a freelance role, however, we would be looking to work regularly with the successful candidate(s).

## Tasks

*   Contributing and pitching video ideas for commissioning 
*   Researching potential topics, involving sourcing information/ideas from podcasts, articles, internet findings, and Reddit etc. We will support you as much as possible, but you will be in charge of creating the structure of each script and finding the studies/resources to provide information.
*   Deliver scripts between 6-9 minutes in duration, with a minimum of one feedback round

## Requirements

*   Fluent/native English writer
*   Experience in undertaking research and providing sources/information to back up a story
*   Writing in the style of 'first person'
*   Understanding of the Youtube platform, community and content narrative structures
*   Able to turn bullet points and links into an engaging script that keeps the viewer hooked until the end
*   Natural interest in motivational and self-help content a benefit
