Role: Tech Client Support Representative (German-speaking)

📍 Location: Hybrid – 3 days in our modern Bournemouth HQ (Granville Chambers, 21 Richmond Hill, BH2 6BJ) & 2 days remote

💼 OTE: £28,000–£32,000 in Year 1 (Base + Quarterly Bonuses)

Tasks

💡 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Respond to inbound B2B queries from German-speaking customers (DACH region)
  • Learn to understand and explain IT software solutions
  • Build rapport with decision-makers and identify opportunities to upsell or expand support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and provide top-tier service
  • Engage in continuous learning to build your tech knowledge and grow fast in your role

Requirements

  • Great communicator
  • German is your 1st language.
