For our office in Weil am Rhein we are looking for you as Operation Coordinator (m/f/x).

• Analyze sales data and inventory levels to support collection and assortment planning
• Create and maintain Excel-based reports for budgeting, purchasing and forecasting
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics to manage supply chain operations
• Communicate with international suppliers and track delivery timelines
• Support general administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling and preparing presentations
• Participate in internal projects to improve workflows and operational efficiency

• Experience in controlling or a degree in business, fashion management or a related field is an advantage
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and a structured, analytical working style
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
• Proactive, organized, and reliable team player
• Analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers
