E-Commerce Assistant (m/f/x)

For our office in Weil am Rhein we are looking for you as E-Commerce Assistant (m/f/x).

• Provide information and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.
• Assist with order placement, refunds, exchanges, quality issues, cancellations, and other customer queries.
• Offer product advice and support.
• Maintain and update customer data.
• Liaise with carriers for shipments and deliveries.
• Support the seasonal upload of new products and data using the content management system (CMS), as well as maintain existing products and inventory within the CMS.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Production, Creative, and Logistics, to ensure the website is always up to date.
• Monitor the website to optimize the user experience and customer journey, ensuring the site’s visual appeal and functionality.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• High customer empathy, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English, German, or French (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
• Experience with Magento or similar CMS platforms is preferred.
• A passion for online and fashion markets.
