Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional blowout services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Uphold Drybar’s high standards for styling and finishing.
• Provide add-on services, including braids, updos, and extensions.

What We’re Looking For in Candidates:

• A current and valid cosmetology license for the state of Indiana.
• 1+ years of cosmetology experience (preferred).
• Excellent hair styling and finishing skills.
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for beauty.
• Dependable and motivated individuals who work well in a team setting.

Job Details:

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Expected Hours: 20–30 per week
• Schedule Options: Monday to Friday, rotating weekends, weekends only
