Tasks
Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently deliver qualified sales-qualified leads (SQLs), build pipeline momentum, and improve outreach effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, converting them into sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
- Outreach & Engagement: Use a multi-channel approach (email, phone calls, LinkedIn, etc.) to conduct high-volume outbound outreach and build meaningful relationships with potential clients. Leverage of AI and data will be a must.
- Strategic Client Engagement Planning: Maximize high-impact client interactions for our CEO and VP Growth by proactively scheduling qualified meetings.
- CRM Management: Ensure our HubSpot CRM is accurate for tracking lead progress and improving our sales processes by keeping it up to date, of course with me, Donna, always by your side! 🙋♀️
- Process Improvement: Bring ideas to streamline and improve our sales qualification processes, contributing to increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Growth-Minded: You thrive on building new connections and love the challenge of creating rapport with potential clients, even through cold outreach
- Organizational Skills & Time Management: You can prioritize effectively, balancing lead outreach, qualification, and calendar management.
- Enthusiasm for Sales & Sales Operations: Demonstrates a strong passion for driving sales success and boosting SQL generation.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting persuasive outreach messages and engaging conversations.
- Data-Driven: Knowledgable on sales acceleration tools (Outreach, Salesloft etc), AI tools and CRM management (HubSpot)
- Work Experience: Ideal for for entry-level candidates (i.e. 1-2 years of experience) with a foundational understanding of sales development and a strong willingness to grow.
- Adaptability & Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, self-starter attitude and a passion for continuous learning and growth.
- Language Skills: We have global ambitions but start in Belgium. So fluency in Dutch and English is a must.
- Location: Ability to work with us in our Ghent office; this is not a remote position.
