We are DONE! Berlin, an international company in the field of organizational consulting. This also includes the recruitment, which we take over for renowned ventures or startup customers nationally and internationally.
For Our client, an open innovation collaboration platform, founded by one of the biggest  German manufacturers in the consumer goods industry with worldwide brands, we are currently looking for **Head Development Factory Berlin (m/f/x)**. This is an exciting opportunity of joining an innovative corporate startup, to build from scratch and lead an outstanding tech team, and help to shape the future starting today! 


## Tasks

- Provide technical vision and guidance for the “Digital Business Platform” 
- Drive and implement architectural design decisions 
- Coordinate and drive platform development  
- Effective apply Agile practices, plan and drive sprints 
- Implement DevOps methodology from source code review, release to CI/CD
- Advice and define development standards including coding standards, documentation standards, and development tools, etc. 
- Managing hands-on, writing your own code and having your hands deep inside your own codebase  
- Build an ownership driven environment where responsibility is the key to bringing our digital business to the next level 
- Retain, recruit and develop a world-class team of developers
- Staff responsibility: ~50 Developer 


## Requirements

- Experience leading large teams of developers 
- 10+ years of Enterprise IT solution design and development 
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects using Agile practices like Scrum  
- Familiar with MS Cloud products, services, and architecture design
- Experiences with design concept of system security and access 
- Ability to decouple application, APIs and services
- Full-stack developer with relevant practical technology experience (e.g. Angular, Node.js, C, C++, C#, Swift, Java / JavaScript, Python, SQL, microservice architectures, cloud services) 
- Experience in UI / UX design  
- Effective and clear communication skills  
- Proactive and self-driven  
- Strategic thinker leveraging technology to grow our business  
- Work in a global environment, being open to diverse cultures and international travel
