Our client is a campaigning agency that aims to defend democracy on social media. thier goal is to achieve a shift in the online discourse to counteract right-wing propaganda.
They are supporting pro-democratic initiatives from small to large, from local to international in their efforts in campaigning, community building, strategy, messaging, and analytics.

The growing tech team is at the core of the strategy as they are building the future of video-based digital campaigning for platforms like TikTok.

We are seeking a AI Tinkerer / Enthusiast (m/f/d) to join the dynamic team. In this role, you will have the freedom to experiment and explore cutting-edge AI technologies. Your mission will be to transform innovative ideas into functional prototypes and optimize our processes and technological toolkit.

• Market Research: Research the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies
• Prototyping: Develop and implement prototypes for new ideas
• Process Optimization: Work closely with Content, Tech and Operations to
• streamline workflows and implement new tools
• Prompt Engineering: Design, test nd optimize prompts for our next in line AI
• products
• Hypothesis Testing: Design and run experiments to validate new ideas

Basic coding experience and expierence with no/low-code platforms (like zapier) might be aplus but is not a must.
