Tasks

  • Focus on sustainability and investor relations reporting (quarterly, annually) such as press releases, presentations and reports in strong collaboration with our controlling department
  • Contribute to building out our quantitative sustainability reporting towards new reporting standards, such as ESRS, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, CSDDD
  • Analysis and preparation of focused studies on capital markets as well as competition for the management board
  • Manage ESG ratings, maintaining relationships and interacting with highly sophisticated external stakeholders, such as investors and analysts
  • Ownership of projects, internal stakeholder management, access to senior management from day 1
  • Support the Head of IR & Sustainability in ad-hoc analyses / projects

Requirements

  • Passionate about sustainability and digitalization in healthcare
  • Motivated self-starter, ability to assume responsibility quickly in a high-paced environment
  • Highly analytical thinking, structured, diligent and responsible
  • 2+ years of work experience, e.g. in professional services, such as consulting, investment banking, or in a controlling/ accounting department
  • Any University Bachelor / Master Degree
  • Strong MS Office skills and SAP user knowledge.
  • Very good language skills in English (spoken and written) and preferably also in German (or at a minimum, willingness to learn)
  • Open to travel c. 1-2 per quarter to our European locations
