Tasks
1. Brand Identity & Guideline Ownership
- You own and maintain a comprehensive brand manual that defines the visual identity, tone of voice, messaging principles, and design system — to be used across product, website, marketing, and sales.
- You serve as the guardian of brand consistency, ensuring every touchpoint – from typography and spacing to content tone – feels unmistakably like DNL.
2. Template Creation & Material Quality Control
- You create, refine, and maintain central templates (e.g. sales decks, marketing presentations, one-pagers, email formats) that can be used across teams and functions.
- You act as a final checkpoint for materials created across the organization — reviewing for design consistency, structure, tone, and clarity before they go out into the world.
3. Visual Consistency Across Product & Website
- You define clear, actionable specifications for designers and developers to ensure that product UI and web components align with brand guidelines — without implementing them yourself.
- You translate brand rules into design decisions (e.g. button styling, typography hierarchy, spacing rules) and coordinate closely with product and front-end teams to uphold them.
4. Central Point of Contact & Brand Enforcer
- You are the go-to person for any brand-related questions or decisions — from big-picture brand evolutions to quick feedback on a social post.
- You set up and manage a lightweight approval workflow for visual and textual assets, and establish routines for onboarding new team members into the brand world. s
Requirements
Strategic brand-management expertise: 3 to 5 years B2B enterprise experience paired with a proven record of developing and executing brand strategies that drive measurable impact.
Financial-sector familiarity: Prior exposure to the financial industry is a strong advantage.
Meticulous attention to detail: Guarantee a professional, consistent look & feel across every brand touchpoint.
Data-driven creativity: Blend analytical thinking with creative flair to turn insights into actionable brand initiatives.
Bilingual stakeholder excellence: Fluent German and English combined with outstanding communication and stakeholder-management skills.
