Marketing Manager

Digital Riot, based in Chiasso (Switzerland), is a fast-growing company operating internationally in over 22 countries and across 6 different time zones. Our mission is to democratize the adult sector and disintermediate the market through technology, embracing an agile, remote-first approach. We’re looking for “pirates and visionaries” ready to join us and help us drive growth.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and lead digital marketing and brand strategies across multiple markets.
• Manage campaigns across various channels: social media, SEO/SEM, email, partnerships.
• Drive viral, guerrilla, and street marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility.
• Oversee content production and ensure tone, look & feel match the brand identity.
• Analyze KPIs, report performance, and iterate based on data.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, creators, influencers, and partners.

• Proven experience in the adult industry or similar high-creativity, high-impact environments.
• 5+ years in digital marketing, brand management, or communication roles.
• Mastery of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Reddit) and viral growth tactics.
• Strong skills in SEO, paid ads, email marketing, analytics (GA4, Data Studio).
• Fluent in 3 languages Italian, Spanish, and English (written and spoken).
  Portuguese knowledge is a nice to have
• A proactive mindset, creativity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international team.
