Key Responsibilities:

1. Ad Budget Management

• Manage and optimize large-scale advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
• Continuously analyze spend and performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve budget efficiency.

2. Amazon Advertising Expertise

• Execute campaigns using Amazon Advertising tools, focusing on metrics like ACoS and TACoS.
• Create and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Manage promotions, coupons, and deals directly within Amazon Seller Central to drive sales growth.

3. Analytical and Strategic Planning

• Analyze data to identify performance trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Use tools like Sellerboard (or similar platforms) to track ad performance and adjust campaigns proactively.
• Develop and implement strategies to scale campaigns effectively.

4. Desired Experience

• Proven experience managing significant budgets in e-commerce advertising, with a focus on Amazon.
• Previous experience working with brands that primarily sell on Amazon is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with complementary tools like Amazon Seller Central.

• Ambitious and proactive, with a hands-on approach to campaign management.
• Availability to dedicate focus and energy to this role, free from significant conflicting commitments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with German language(at least A2 Level) will be an advantage.
