Always wanted to find out more about day to day work in an international design consultancy? What you’ll do…

• Support BD Manager with preparing, reviewing & submitting the crucial documents throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with the legal team on NDA and proposal reviewal
• Help maintain the client’s supplier portal and ensure that RFP are responded in time
• Prospecting: Research company/leads in targeted industries

What we’re looking for…

• A passion for proofreading and wordsmithing
• Interest in design and our key industries (Smart Mobility, Smart Health, Smart Home, Smart Electronics)
• Capable of learning and understanding industry specific vocabulary quickly and effectively

Education and experience…

• Current student in Business Administration or another field e.g. Design, but interested in learning the commercial side
• Passionate about business development, sales and the design industry
• Attention to detail, analytical skill
• Experience with Powerpoint and Excel
• Full professional proficiency in English and German (native or bilingual proficiency preferred)
• Friendly & open personality
