As a Key Account Manager (m/f/x) you will be the primary point of contact for our top brands, and will be responsible for:
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers in the DACH region and other international markets to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Account Growth and Upselling: Ensure successful contract renewals and identify upselling and cross selling opportunities with Key Accounts based on customers' needs, driving revenue growth.
- Collab oration with Internal Team s: Work closely with our Product, Customer Support, and Marketing Teams to continuously enhance our solution in the best interest of our customers.
- Event Participation & Client Engagement: Attend industry events, such as the IFA event, and occasionally participate in face-to-face client meetings to celebrate partnerships and build stronger connections.
Requirements
Now let's talk about you:
- You bring at least 3+ years of work experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS company.
- You are a passionate sales talent, who is driven to succeed by building valuable and long-lasting customer relationships in the e-commerce industry
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English. Any additional language is an advantage
- You have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- You have a proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- You are able to create and foster relationships across C-suite executives and build consensus among the buying team
