We’re supporting a modern, leading law firm that's quietly reshaping how legal teams support private capital. This isn’t just another funds role - it’s a chance to work directly with top-tier VC and PE clients, advising them on fund formation, secondaries, and innovative cross-border structures.
Tasks
- Advising fund managers on structuring and launching investment funds
- Supporting LPs on investments into PE, VC, and other alternative assets
- Drafting and negotiating fund documentation and secondary transactions
- Working cross-functionally with regulatory and tax teams
Requirements
- German-qualified lawyer with 2–7 years’ PQE
- Strong experience in investment funds, corporate, or regulatory law
- Commercial mindset and client-facing confidence
- Fluent in German, comfortable working in English
- A desire to shape deals, not just process them
