Rechtsanwalt - Finance Transactions (m/f/d)

Deep Blue Recruitment is supporting a leading, boutique law firm in their search for an experienced Finance Transactions Lawyer to join their team.

As part of the firm’s Transactions team, your work will focus on loan financing, particularly advising startups, growth companies, investors, banks, and debt funds on venture and growth debt, acquisition financing, and structured lending.

• Advising startups, growth companies, corporates, financial investors (especially venture debt funds), banks, and financial institutions.
• Working on venture debt transactions, syndicated loans, acquisition financing, and other debt finance structures.
• Assisting clients in crisis and insolvency situations, depending on experience and interest.
• Providing guidance on broader transactional matters beyond financing.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in banking and finance law.
• Strong understanding of economic principles and a creative approach to legal problem-solving.
• A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and open communication.The ability to take initiative and responsibility in client-facing work.
• Excellent academic credentials and a proven ability to work precisely.
• Fluency in German and English language.
