Job Tasks*:
- 1. *Lead Generation*:
- Identify potential customers through various channels, including tele calling and online research.
- Create and maintain a database of leads for future follow-up.
- *Prospecting*:
- Initiate contact with potential customers via phone calls, emails, or in-person visits.
- Introduce the company's products or services and assess their interest.
- *Sales Pitch*:
- Deliver a compelling sales pitch to generate interest and curiosity among potential customers.
- Highlight the key benefits and features of the products or services.
- *Appointment Setting*:
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Ensure that appointments are well-documented and communicated effectively.
- *Follow-Up*:
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Address any questions or concerns they may have.
- *Customer Education*:
- Provide basic information about the company, its products, and their benefits to potential customers.
- Educate leads on how the products or services can meet their needs.
- *Feedback Collection*:
- Gather feedback from potential customers regarding their interest, objections, or concerns.
- Share feedback with the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- *Documentation*:
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, appointments, and outcomes using CRM software or other tools.
