Job Tasks*:

  1. 1. *Lead Generation*:
  • Identify potential customers through various channels, including tele calling and online research.
  • Create and maintain a database of leads for future follow-up.
  1. *Prospecting*:
  • Initiate contact with potential customers via phone calls, emails, or in-person visits.
  • Introduce the company's products or services and assess their interest.
  1. *Sales Pitch*:
  • Deliver a compelling sales pitch to generate interest and curiosity among potential customers.
  • Highlight the key benefits and features of the products or services.
  1. *Appointment Setting*:
  • Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Ensure that appointments are well-documented and communicated effectively.
  1. *Follow-Up*:
  • Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Address any questions or concerns they may have.
  1. *Customer Education*:
  • Provide basic information about the company, its products, and their benefits to potential customers.
  • Educate leads on how the products or services can meet their needs.
  1. *Feedback Collection*:
  • Gather feedback from potential customers regarding their interest, objections, or concerns.
  • Share feedback with the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  1. *Documentation*:
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, appointments, and outcomes using CRM software or other tools.

  1. *Excellent Communication*:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Kannada.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  1. *Selling Skills*:
  • Strong selling and persuasion abilities to engage potential customers and motivate them to take action.
  1. *Interpersonal Skills*:
  • Effective interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with potential customers.
  1. *Quick Learner*:
  • Ability to quickly grasp product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Adaptability to different customer profiles and needs.

*Knowledge*:

  1. *Product Knowledge*:
  • Basic understanding of the company's products or services.
  • Ability to explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
  1. *Excel Knowledge*:
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for lead tracking and data management.

*Skills*:

  1. *Telecalling/Sales Experience*:
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in telecalling or sales roles.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer interactions.
  1. *Convincing Skills*:
  • Strong ability to persuade and convince potential customers to explore the company's offerings.
  1. *Adaptability*:
  • Ability to adapt to different customer personas and tailor communication accordingly.
  1. *Time Management*:
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize lead follow-up and appointment setting.
  1. *CRM Usage*:- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for lead management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,699.79 - ₹35,975.42 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • JP Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Telecommunication: 1 year (Preferred)
  • B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
