⚡️ This role in short: Suport the management on everything compliance and shape the future of finance for entrepreneurs and SMBs everywhere. At the same time, we are working to make sure you never have to work again after Dealflow.

Global factoring, payments and credit

1. Ensure that our global compliance strategy is fully compliant is every relevant region. We have already done the grunt work, so this is mostly about double checking.

Ad Hoc support

1. We love to ask questions and will do so from time to time. Your job is to support with credible answers that we can trust and base high stakes decisions on.

• Spiritual maturity: A truly good person with a strong character, equally strong values and an ability to build trusting relationships in a high-stress environment. This is a must for us as we value spiritual capitalism.
• Analytical intelligence: Analytical genius who is highly comfortable with numbers and the people that read them. You should be a tech-savvy and highly intelligent professional, experienced with automation and an obsession for details. Learning fast is your superpower.
• Hunger: We are exceptionally motivated people with a strong growth mindset and a bravery that allows us to aim for #1. The only way to thrive in our team is to bring the same or even more hunger to the table. We do not match well with fixed mindsets.
• International mindset and growth oriented personality with a strong tendency to thrive outside the comfort zone.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Native-level performance in english is required
• Highly proficient with financial lingo and terms is also required

The specifics

At least 5 years of experience as a legal expert within a relevant field. Bonus points for:

• Exposure to FinTech (+++)
• Exposure to factoring
• Exposure to payments
• Exposure to credit and SMB lending
• Exposure to accounting

Relevant, tier 1 Bachelor / Master program required. We make an individual assessment for each case on what relevant tier 1 means. We do also make exceptions in rare cases.

• Compensation: No salary, but sizable warrant program
• Remote-first team: We're based across US, EU and Asia, with plans to bring in team members from all sorts of places.
• Flexible working hours: We use meetings when needed and not per default.
• Make a big difference: Take, own and implement decisions to build Dealflow from scratch. We are not rushing to market but focus on a quality product and the big little details.

💭 How will we assess things?

We care about dialogue. In many cases, we might learn more about you from the questions you ask us, than we do from the questions we ask you.

Our steps:

1. Initial interview with Seb (30 - 45 minutes): Let’s talk about what makes you, you. And your accomplishments so far.
2. Co-founder talk
3. Final interview with Seb (1h)
4. Reference call withs your (former) colleagues. At the same time you'll get to talk to one of our investors and one of our advisors. There you can ask any question.
