Dealflow is a next-generation invoicing platform for online entrepreneurs, and the only of its kind to offer free global transfers, instant payouts and workflow automation in one place.

In short: Be the right hand man to the CEO, grow into a leader over time and shape the future of finance for entrepreneurs and SMBs everywhere. At the same time, we are working to make sure you never have to work again after Dealflow.

2. You'll significantly shape our product market fit. It's day 1 for us, so you'll get a chance to make our product your product.
3. We're remote first. You get to live anywhere in the CET±2h timezone. Overall we always try to make life really easy for you. We do meetings when they're really needed. Not by default.

Financial operations

1. Manual payouts to customers
2. Manual collection and marking of deposits
3. Manual debt collection, reminders, etc.

Analytics & excel modelling

1. Help the founders stay on top of all important numbers with automated analytics
2. Cooperate with founders on fundraising strategy, decks etc.
3. Financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting with good visualisations

Ensure operational & commercial excellence and raise the bar whenever possible

1. HubSpot & Sales: Support the CEO in the sales process. HubSpot experience is a massive plus.
2. SEO & email marketing: Ad hoc / regular production of high quality, original articles written with the help of insider industry expertise and AI tools. Own and drive cold outreach campaigns with the help of proprietary internal strategies and tools.
3. Quality assurance in our most critical flows: Accounting integrations, banking integrations, payments, new product releases
4. Customer support: Stay on top of all customer support requests (~20-30 per week) and build relationships with customers.
5. Founder admin support

Deep research & material preparations

1. Support on commercial decks when needed
2. We love hardcore engineering. Sometimes that requires serious research where we have to learn fast from top experts in the world on new topics, such as FX risk maangement or utilization of local clearing systems

🔎 What we're looking for

• A truly good person with a strong character, and equally strong values. This is a requirement.
• Great service skills and the ability to build trusting relationships in a high-stress environments
• Commercial and analytical genius who is equally comfortable with numbers as with people.
• Tech-savvy and highly intelligent professional, experienced with automation and an obsession for details. Exceptional ability to learn fast and digest new topics.
• International mindset and growth oriented personality with a strong tendency to thrive outside the comfort zone
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Native-level performance in danish and english is required
• Strong ability to write convincing copy in both languages
• Highly proficient with financial lingo and terms is also required

The specifics

At least 3 years of experience as an operator. Bonus points for:

• Exposure to FinTech (+++)
• Exposure to fundraising
• Exposure to international payments
• Exposure to credit and SMB lending
• Exposure to accounting

3+ years of experience in the following data modelling tools

• Python, SQL, Excel
• Bonus points for exposure to tools like Metabase, ETL-tools similar to Weld, etc.
• Bonus exposure to data pipelines

5+ years of relevant experience from a top tier IB, management consulting or a high growth startup environment

Relevant, tier 1 Bachelor / Master program required. We make an individual assessment for each case on what relevant tier 1 means. We do also make exceptions in rare cases.

• Salary: Starting at €7000 / month. Includes serious warrants + clear timeline to promotion / cash and equity bonuses.
• Remote-first team: We're based across US, EU and Asia, with plans to bring in team members from all sorts of places.
• Flexible working hours: We use meetings when needed and not per default.
• We take care of you: Weekly remote team lunches, high quality tea, covered co-working space. Overall we'll get you whatever you need.
• Make a big difference: Take, own and implement decisions to build Dealflow from scratch. We are not rushing to market but focus on a quality product and the big little details.

💭 How will we assess things?

We care about dialogue. In many cases, we might learn more about you from the questions you ask us, than we do from the questions we ask you.

Our steps:

1. Initial interview with Seb (30 - 45 minutes): Let’s talk about what makes you, you. And your accomplishments so far.
2. Second interview with Sid: Run us through your technical abilities. We’re a product first company so this is important.
3. Final interview with Seb (1h)
4. Reference call withs your (former) colleagues. At the same time you'll get to talk to one of our investors and one of our advisors. There you can ask any question.
