## Tasks

**For Hardware Engineers**:

*   **Design and develop** automotive hardware components, from concept to production.
*   Work on **electrical systems** and **control units**, ensuring **high performance, safety, and reliability**.
*   **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** (software, mechanical, and electrical engineers) to integrate hardware with cutting-edge automotive technologies.
*   Perform **simulation, testing, and validation** of hardware systems to meet industry standards.
*   Stay up to date with the latest in **hardware design trends** and **automotive standards** (ISO, ASIL, etc.).

**For Embedded Software Engineers**:

*   **Design, develop, and implement** embedded software solutions for automotive control units (ECUs, MCUs, etc.).
*   Work on **real-time operating systems (RTOS)** and embedded firmware for vehicle communication, safety, and autonomous features.
*   Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure **seamless integration** between hardware and software components.
*   **Debug, test, and optimize** software to ensure performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
*   Stay ahead of the curve by **adapting new technologies** like AI, ADAS, and electrification.

## Requirements

**Hardware Engineers:**

*   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics**, or a related field.
*   Experience in **PCB design, analog/digital circuit design, and power electronics**.
*   Knowledge of **automotive electrical standards** and **testing protocols**.
*   Experience with tools like **Altium, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics**.
*   **Understanding of automotive industry requirements** (ISO 26262, ASPICE).

**Embedded Software Engineers:**

*   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering**, or related fields.
*   Proficiency in **C/C++**, **embedded systems design**, and **real-time operating systems**.
*   Experience with **CAN, LIN, and other automotive communication protocols**.
*   Familiarity with **functional safety** (ISO 26262), **AUTOSAR**, and **Model-Based Development** (Matlab/Simulink).
*   Strong debugging and **low-level hardware interaction** skills.
