Tasks
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, answering queries, and generating leads/sales as per the company's requirements
Outbound Calls: Call prospective customers, introduce services, and create interest.
Appointment Scheduling: Set up product demos/presentations for the sales team.
Product Briefing (Telephonic): Explain key service features when required.
Follow-Up: Reconnect with leads after the demo to assist in closure.
Target Achievement: Meet weekly/monthly goals for calls and appointments.
CRM Updates: Maintain accurate lead data and appointment status in system.
Customer Interaction: Ensure professional, courteous, and engaging communication
Requirements
Graduates/Post-graduates from life sciences background (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Bioinformatics etc.)
