Client Relationship Executive

Cryoviva Biotech Private Limited, founded in 2006 by RJ Corp,specializes in providing high-quality umbilical cord blood stem cell processing and storage for private and public donations. The company is based in Gurgaon and offers state-of-the-art processing and storage technology approved by international authorities.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client RelationshipExecutive at Cryoviva Biotech Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. The Client RelationshipExecutive will be responsible for business relationship management,client relations, communication, relationship building, and account management on a day-to-day basis. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions.

• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address client requirements.
• Gather feedback from clients to improve services and enhance client satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on client interactions and present insights to management for strategic planning.

• Client Relations and Account Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
• Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions
• Experience in the healthcare or biotech industry is a plus.

Graduates/Post-graduates from life sciences background (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Bioinformatics etc.)
