There are no specific requirements to join our Talent Pool (the more, the better they say!), as we welcome every single applicant regardless of their experience. However, please note the following:

• Minimum of 500+ flying hours to be considered as an Experienced Pilot.
• Exceptional time management and leadership skills.
• Strong initiative and analytic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in mathematics for navigation and fuel calculations.
• Excellent teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration and cohesion.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in international or multi-lingual flight operations.
• Familiarity with advanced avionics and flight management systems.
