As a Business Development Manager at Create IT, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in national and international markets. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build long-term relationships with clients and partners, and collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. Your strategic insights and market expertise will help shape the future growth of our company.

Tasks

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in national and international markets, with a special focus on IT services.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners, promoting trust and mutual satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align offered solutions with clients’ specific needs, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
  • Actively participate in defining growth and expansion strategies, contributing market insights and emerging trends.
  • Represent Create IT at events and conferences, strengthening the company’s presence in the tech industry.

Requirements

These are aspects we value for the profile we’re seeking:

  • Between 3 to 7 years of experience in IT services sales, consulting, and/or project management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of key technologies currently used in corporate environments (cloud, data management, cybersecurity, among others).
  • Highly results-oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into successful partnerships.
  • Experience in defining, implementing, and executing B2B sales strategies.

Ability to apply and develop outreach and inbound strategies in complex sales cycles.

  • Experience in developing and executing commercial strategies for international clients.
  • Comfortable using and regularly updating CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
