Business Planning Analyst

Work location: Bucharest, for employees based in Bucharest 3 days/week at the office

Duration: 12 months, prolongation available

Salary: 5500 - 6000 ron net

Working schedule: 9-18, Monday-Friday

• Access internal tools to retrieve and compile datasets focused on partner profiling, sales, budgets, and market size.
• Conduct research and analysis projects, supporting both planning and execution phases.
• Create analytical frameworks and visual assets (charts, diagrams, summaries) to support business tracking and executive decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with channel leadership teams across countries during business reviews.
• Develop and deliver presentation materials and data visualizations to support strategic discussions.
• Analyze and verify incoming requirements and feedback for accuracy, consistency, and clarity.

• A college diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, data modeling, or requirements validation.
• Strong project management skills: ability to manage your own deliverables and collaborate within a team.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data, prioritize tasks effectively, and act with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, data modeling, charting).
• Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
