Financial Analyst

We are a recruiting agency looking for a candidate to join our client’s team at a well-known bank as a Financial Analyst Specialist.

• Location: Bucharest

• Contract Type: Permanent

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

• Prepare monthly regulatory and business reports/presentations and effectively communicate with the key beneficiaries;
• Provide support to the Bank’s Management in the decision-making process by developing and preparing ad-hoc reports and presentations;
• Analyze and reconcile data from various sources and systems, and propose solutions for enhancing data quality and data management; Actively participate, as owner or contributor, in the Bank’s projects concerning reporting and financial data

• 2 years of of financial reporting/analysis experience preferably in Banking;
• Bachelor’s degree in economics/accounting/business administration;
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, logical thinking and attention to details;
• Able to work in a team and proactively take initiative when needed;
• Easily adaptable and able to cope with challenges;
• Very good teamplayer but also able to work alone and to prioritize her/his tasks
• Good level of English knowledge
• Willingness and ability to communicate with colleagues from other countries and senior management of the Bank on a level playing field;
