We are a recruiting agency looking for a candidate to join our client’s team at a well-known bank as a Regulatory Reporting Specialist.

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
Tasks
- Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports in alignment with local and European regulations (e.g., NBR, EBA) while ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders.
- Management Support: Assist the Bank’s Management in decision-making by creating and delivering ad-hoc reports and presentations.
- Data Analysis and Reconciliation: Analyze and reconcile financial data from multiple sources and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements to enhance data quality and management.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of reporting processes and monitor regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
- Project Involvement: Actively contribute to or lead bank-wide projects related to reporting and financial data.
Requirements
- Experience and Education: Three years of experience in financial regulatory reporting within the banking sector, supported by a bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, or business administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial reporting standards such as IFRS and GAAP, with a strong command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numerical abilities, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Teamwork and Initiative: A collaborative team player who can also work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and proactively take initiative when needed.
- Adaptability and Communication: Flexible and adaptable to challenges, with a good command of English and the ability to communicate effectively with international colleagues and senior management at a professional level.
