Part-Time Director / Board Member

EZClass is an education-focused startup on a mission to make high-quality Language learning accessible and affordable across Latin America. We provide live online classes with certified teachers, combining smart tech with a human touch to create meaningful learning experiences. After nearly three years of development and investment, our platform is now live — and we're entering an exciting new phase. We're looking for a committed and values-aligned Director / Board Member to help guide our journey as we scale with purpose.

As a part-time Director / Board Member, you’ll play a strategic role in helping the company make key decisions, stay compliant, and build a sustainable roadmap toward growth. This is a part-time position that involves limited operational hours per month, ideal for someone with prior startup experience or governance background who wants to contribute meaningfully without full-time involvement.

What You’ll Do

• Attend board meetings (virtual, and on-site ~once per quarter or as needed)
• Advise on legal, financial, and strategic matters
• Review and sign resolutions and key decisions as required
• Support compliance with Estonian corporate regulations
• Provide governance oversight and high-level direction
• Help shape the company’s ethical and strategic framework

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a board member, director, or advisor
• Familiarity with Estonian business laws (or willingness to learn)
• Strategic mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication and judgment
• Based in Estonia
• Fluent in English; Able to speak Estonian
