Professional services expert - contract management

Contractify is a leading Belgian Legaltech company dedicated to providing companies with a 100% compliant and flawless contract management solution. Since our start in 2015, we have grown into a user-friendly and AI-driven automation platform, helping businesses approve, sign, centralize and manage all contracts within a secure and compliant contract library.

When our clients lack the time or resources, they can rely on our professional services (Contract Management as a Service) — we'll handle contract registrations for them.

We're currently looking for a Professional Services Expert who manages the contract database of our professional services clients.

As an external contract manager, you will build a strong, trusting relationship with your clients. You will take care of the administrative processing of their contracts and ensure that all stakeholders are timely and proactively informed about important contractual actions they need to take, such as terminating or renewing agreements, indexing sales contracts, or reclaiming deposits. No worries, you won’t be doing this alone—our AI assistant Ada is here to help you with pleasure.

You will regularly be in contact with your client. During these interactions, any questions or uncertainties you may have about the received contracts will be discussed. At least once a year, you will prepare a detailed report, which you will review with your client during an evaluation meeting.

Because you use the software daily for various client profiles, you are a true power user, and your input is highly valued when considering possible optimizations with the management and product team.

Your client portfolio varies in terms of sector, size, and location (both national and international).

Occasionally, your responsibilities may also include updating the knowledge base and providing webinars and training sessions.

You will also be part of the customer support team, assisting clients with any questions they may have about using the software.

• Ideally, you have a background in legal practice or can demonstrate an affinity with contract(s) (management).
• You have experience in a software environment or are tech-savvy.
• You enjoy diving deep into and understanding complex matters.
• You place high value on strong relationship management.
• You have a keen eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• You are a good communicator and take pride in conveying your message as clearly as possible.
• You can express yourself very well in both Dutch and English. A good knowledge of French is an asset.
