Tasks

And that's where you come in!

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Consultport, you'll be responsible for our upper marketing funnel and demand generation, supporting our sales teams in their growth. You are responsible for our performance marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels, incl. SEM, Paid Social, Retargeting, and Display. You will continuously optimize our marketing funnel, conversion rates, budget, and CAC.

You will directly report to one of the Founders, who is very experienced at scaling Marketing on a global level. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys applying the full breadth of performance marketing skills, from strategic decisions to the execution of campaigns and keyword optimization. Your Role

  • Develop and execute online marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEM, Paid Search, Retargeting) to acquire leads and new users
  • Implement and manage our performance channels incl. Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, Meta ads
  • Create targeted campaigns: identify high-potential customer segments and create targeted marketing campaigns aimed at driving user acquisition and engagement
  • Optimize Conversions funnel, e.g. via A/B testing, analyzing user behavior, and data-driven decisions to improve the conversion rates throughout the customer journey
  • Make data-driven decisions: utilize data-driven insights and analytics tools to continuously track (e.g. via Google Tag Manager), measure, report, and improve campaign performance (e.g. via Google Analytics).
  • Generate Market Insights: identify growth opportunities and stay informed about industry trends, explore and adopt innovative marketing strategies and technologies to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in growth/performance marketing, for fast-growing internet startups
  • Excellent knowledge of online and performance marketing channels, incl SEM (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), SEO, Tracking (Google Tag Manager), Analytics (Google Analytics), Inbound Marketing (e.g. Hubspot), demand/lead generation, CRM systems
  • B2B marketing expertise to accelerate lead generation and maximize ROI
  • Excellent track record of constantly improving marketing performance (e.g. A/B testing tool kit, KPI reporting, Optimization tools)
  • Outstanding communication skills, and a highly goal-oriented person
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams
