As a Business Operations Working Student, you will have the opportunity to run and improve our customer support processes by identifying key bottlenecks and inefficiencies. You will work closely with our Customer Success and Customer Support Lead, Ben, to build a best-in-class support experience that is available 24/7/365, powered by AI, and focused on building trust and high satisfaction among our clients and customers across all domains (terminals, depots, and the trucking community).

🚫 This is not a typical working student role. From day one, you will take ownership of meaningful tasks and projects with the opportunity to make a real impact. We expect you to bring initiative and ideas to the table and actively contribute to improving how we operate.

🎖️What success looks like

In your first month

• You respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and support platforms.
• You assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, and account questions.
• You escalate complex issues to relevant teams (Product, Engineering, Sales).

By 3 months

• You capture and document recurring issues and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• You continuously improve and update our Help Center and FAQ articles.
• You create and maintain clear, structured internal documentation.

By 6 months

• You analyze support tickets to detect patterns and root causes.
• You Identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation, AI or smart systems.
• You contribute to designing and implementing workflows using AI and automation tools.
• You collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to translate customer insights into product improvements.

🚀 What You Need to Be Successful

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• You bring experience in a client-facing role and are comfortable communicating with stakeholders.
• You have hands-on experience analyzing data and translating insights into actionable improvement recommendations.
• You actively leverage AI tools and smart systems to increase efficiency, productivity, and the quality and speed of your work.
• You are based in Munich and able to work from the office at least two days per week.
• You are fluent in both German and English.

• A buddy system during your first two months to help you onboard smoothly, get up to speed, and have a go-to person for questions.
• Clear goals for your first 1, 3, and 5 months, with expectations defined from day one so you know how success is measured.
