Graphic Design Working Student (m/w/d)

As a Graphic Design Working Student at CONROO, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our product, brand, and marketing materials while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll collaborate closely with our Co-Founder & CEO, Felix, and Product Owner, Tobias, as well as our marketing and development teams to bring ideas to life.

• UI/UX Design: Create visually appealing & user-friendly interfaces & components for our web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
• Prototyping & Testing: Develop interactive prototypes and refine them based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Pitch Decks & Presentations: Design compelling pitch decks that communicate our product vision, value proposition, and key messages with clarity and impact.
• Marketing & Branding: Build graphics for social media, ads, landing pages, and other marketing materials to strengthen our brand identity.
• Design Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms, including mobile app, webapp, presentations, LinkedIn, and website, while prioritizing accessibility and reinforcing a strong, unified brand presence.

Essential skills and experiences:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design or a related field, with above-average academic results
• Native-level proficiency in German is required, with fluent English proficiency to ensure effective communication
• Proficiency in Canva and Figma or other related tools such as Adobe Illustrator / Adobe Cloud
• Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
